14-Day Return Period
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refund Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@dawerleeshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Exchange Options
- If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, you can request to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product of equal value within the 14-day return period.

Exceptions
- Certain items are excluded from the 14-day return period and must be returned within 24 hours of purchase, as per Ministry of Commerce and Industry regulations. These may include perishable goods, custom-made items, or intimate products.
- Items purchased during sales or promotions can be exchanged within 14 days but may not be eligible for refunds unless they are defective or do not meet product specifications.

Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@dawerleeshop.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

Gift Returns
- For gifts, we can issue store credit to the recipient. Please contact info@dawerleeshop.com for assistance with gift returns.
